Maximum number of active rows in this table, or null for no limit.

For nested tables, set this on each table schema; the limit applies separately to each parent row's child table. Existing rows are preserved even when already above the limit. Zero prevents new rows. Invalid, negative, and fractional JSON values are ignored.
